Meet the Trainers
Alice Ferguson
As a founder member of Key Associates, Alice shares with her colleagues, the responsibility for managing the strategic and operational aspects of the company. Her main role is that of consultant and learning facilitator within the key areas of NLP Neuro-Linguist Programming, Personal and Performance Coaching, Lifelong Learning particularly within Adult Education, Training and Development and Project Evaluation.
Throughout her life Alice has been involved in working with people at a range of levels and in a variety of teaching and training situations. Over the past decade her work has spanned adult education, training and development, educational / career advice and guidance, mentoring, coaching, programme planning, design and delivery of workplace learning, project evaluation, the development of resources for use within Adult Education and a host of other innovative learning initiatives
Whilst her work covers a variety of areas Alice is particularly committed to the concept of coaching as a catalyst for personal change. She is a fully qualified Coach and member of the prestigious Association of Coaching (AC) and the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM)
Following a long time interest in NLP, (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Alice recently took the opportunity to train with Paul McKenna and Richard Bandler and now as a qualified NLP Practitioner is using the skills gained in training to enhance her work within the education, public, private and voluntary sectors.
When asked about her role in Key Associates Alice commented "In the work I am doing it is amazing to discover the amount of often ‘untapped’ potential within people. Having been given the opportunity to develop my own potential I have a personal understanding of the difference that learning can make not only on a personal level but also within the family, at work and within the community".
Lesley Reilly
Lesley has been involved with Key Associates NI as founder member and partner since it was formed in 2000, in the role of learning facilitator.
Throughout her career Lesley has been primarily involved in working with people within the framework of Human Resources, this has provided her with extensive experience and skill in the areas of recruitment and selection, equal opportunities, communication and administration. In recent years she has been able to focus her attention on training and development. As part of her MA in Human Resource Management Lesley researched the role and effectiveness of Corporate Coaching and is involved in coaching both at an individual and organisational level.
Within Key Associates Lesley has designed and delivered a variety of programmes within the public, private and community sectors, these have included Train the Trainer, Customer Care, Conflict Resolution and ICT related programmes. During 2005 Lesley became more involved in the area of motivational speaking and facilitation.
As one who returned to learning as a mature student Lesley is a keen advocate of adult learning at every level and is committed to promoting learning opportunities for individuals within the workplace and within the community.
